Invoframe · the invoicing studio
Invoices, beautifully composed.
An invoice is the last thing a client sees of your work. Invoframe makes it look like the rest of it: one studio for the document, the message, and the money.
For businesses that care what their billing says about them. Every detail, from the document to the email, is yours to design.
What's inside
Everything between the handshake and the payment.
How it works
Three moves, then it's muscle memory.
- 01
Shape your documents
Lay the invoice out like a designer would, and give the email it travels in the same treatment. Six considered templates ship ready to remix.
- 02
Fill one form
Pick the client and the details pour in on their own. One form covers the document and the email. Type it once, it lands everywhere.
- 03
Send, track, settle
One click and it's in their inbox under your name. You'll know when it's seen, a polite reminder is one click away when it's late, and the receipt sends itself.
The life of an invoice
You always know where the money stands.
Every invoice carries its own state. If it slips past due, it turns overdue on its own, ready for a one-click reminder.
Draft
Saved, not sent. Edit freely.
Sent
Emailed under your name, PDF attached.
Viewed
The open is recorded on the invoice.
Paid
Mark it settled; the receipt sends itself.
Do my clients need an Invoframe account?
No. Clients receive a normal email with the invoice PDF attached: nothing to sign up for, nothing to install. Replies go straight to your own inbox.
Can I change what the invoice and the email look like?
Both are fully yours. The PDF is built in a drag-and-drop canvas with complete layout and typography control; the email is a block-based design of its own, with dynamic fields, columns, and your colors. Six polished templates ship as starting points.
Can I send an invoice without a PDF attached?
Yes. Every send pairs a designed email with an optional PDF attachment. Flip the attach toggle off and the email stands on its own, with the document still available in your workspace.
How do I know when a client has seen an invoice?
When the client opens the invoice email, the open is recorded and the invoice carries a viewed timestamp, so 'did you get my invoice?' becomes a question you already know the answer to.
What happens when an invoice goes overdue?
It flips to overdue automatically once the due date passes, so it's easy to spot. When you want to follow up, a polite reminder email is one click away from the invoice, sent under your name, with replies routed to you.
Can my team work with me?
Yes. Invite teammates by email from Settings; they join your workspace with a role you pick and see the same invoices, clients, and templates.
